Elevate North West – Roofing, Guttering & Exterior Services

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Elevate North West (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer (“you”, “your”) for all roofing, guttering, exterior cleaning, and drone inspection services provided. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer a range of services including, but not limited to:
   •    Roof repairs and full roof replacements
   •    Gutter repairs, replacements, and realignment
   •    Chimney repointing and repair
   •    GRP and EPDM flat roofing
   •    Lead work (including flashing, valleys, hidden/box valleys, welding, and decorative leadwork)
   •    Drone roof inspections
   •    Exterior cleaning and chemical treatments
   •    Supply of roofing materials and specialist cleaning products

We reserve the right to refuse any work deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

2. Quotes & Pricing
   •    All quotes are free, clear, and provided with no obligation.
   •    Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
   •    Prices may change if additional issues are discovered that were not visible or accessible during the initial inspection.
   •    Any changes to the agreed quote will be discussed with you before work continues.

3. Booking & Scheduling
   •    Work dates will be confirmed once a booking is accepted.
   •    All appointments are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and site access.
   •    We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays or rescheduling needs.

4. Payments
   •    Payment terms will be stated on your invoice.
   •    Deposits may be required for certain materials or larger projects.
   •    Final payment is due on the day of completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   •    Late payments may result in additional charges.

5. Cancellations
   •    You may cancel or reschedule your booking with at least 48 hours’ notice.
   •    Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur charges for time, travel, or materials.
   •    We may cancel work if conditions are unsafe or if payment terms are not followed.

6. Access & Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:
   •    Provide safe and clear access to the property.
   •    Inform us of any hazards (e.g., electrical, structural issues).
   •    Ensure pets and children are kept away from the work area.
   •    Obtain relevant permissions (e.g., landlord approval, shared roofs, etc.).

7. Materials & Warranties
   •    All materials used are sourced from reputable suppliers.
   •    GRP flat roofing installations include a 25-year warranty, unless stated otherwise.
   •    Other materials carry standard manufacturer warranties.
   •    Workmanship guarantees vary depending on the service and will be detailed on your invoice.

Warranty Exclusions:
   •    Storm damage or extreme weather
   •    Third-party interference
   •    Poor home maintenance
   •    Changes made after our work is completed
   •    Issues caused by existing structural defects

8. Drone Inspection Conditions
   •    Drone flights are subject to weather, safety, and local flying regulations.
   •    We cannot fly over crowds, public roads, or restricted airspace.
   •    All imagery remains the property of Elevate North West but will be shared with the customer.
   •    Drone reports are for inspection purposes only and do not replace a structural survey.

9. Exterior Cleaning & Chemical Use
   •    We use professional-grade chemicals such as biocides and sodium hypochlorite.
   •    Customers must keep pets and children away from treated areas until dry.
   •    Some stains or heavy moss may require repeat treatments.

10. Liability

We are fully insured for:
   •    Public liability
   •    Employers liability
   •    Accidental damage (within reasonable control)

We are not liable for:
   •    Pre-existing damage
   •    Structural issues unrelated to our work
   •    Damage caused by severe weather or external forces
   •    Delays due to weather or material shortages

11. Complaints

If you have any concerns:
   •    Please contact us within 7 days of work completion.
   •    We will inspect and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
   •    All complaints must be made in writing or via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.
Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
